Privacy Statement v1.0

We at Grizzly's Inc. (referred to as GI for the remainder of this document) hold the right to privacy by all individuals to be beyond question. In keeping with that belief, we hereby promise to adhere to the following policies:

1. We will never use any information volunteered by any visitor or client for any purpose other than the explicit reason for which it was volunteered for. That means that if you've e-mailed us with a question, your e-mail and information will only be used to answer that question. You will not be added to any database for any other purpose without your expressed permission. If you've signed up to recieve newsletters, you will never recieve anything more than those newsletters.
2. We will never share your information with any group outside of GI without your explicit prior authorization.
3. If GI goes out of business, we will never sell your information to any third parties. Your information is your information, and not a saleable asset by us.
4. If GI is bought out by another entity, the purchasing entity will be given access to your information only if they agree to uphold the policies outlined here.
5. If we ever decide to change our privacy policies, none of those changes will apply to any information given to us under a previous version without your explicit acceptance of the terms of the new version.

We hope that this agreement demonstrates our commitment to the preservation of your privacy, and we pledge to abide by it at all times.
